Historic Fox Theatre
Fox Theatre ONE OF THE FINEST EXAMPLES OF ART DECO ARCHITECTURE in the Central United States, Hutchinson’s Historic Fox Theatre has been restored to its original 1931 grandeur.

The theatre greets you with one of the
few original, functioning marquees in the
country. It was the first flashing display of
neon in Kansas.

The Fox is the State Movie Palace of
Kansas
, is listed on the National
Register of Historic Places
, and voted
one of the “8 Wonders of Reno County”.
The Theatre’s annual season includes
concerts, comedy, stage shows, a Family
Series, and films. Some of the events
for the season include The Glenn Miller
Orchestra; Blood, Sweat & Tears; and
To Kill a Mockingbird.

The Fox Theatre seats 1,221 and is available for weddings, corporate eetings,
tours, and other gatherings.
