Good Vibrations Receives Small Business Award

"I love people, cars and music!", says Bill Meyer. He started Good Vibrations Auto Sound Inc in 1984 with confidence that he could provide the people of Hutchinson the car stereos and window tint they needed. Bill's entrepreneurial spirit drove him and the store to expand in several directions in the vehicle modification arena from remote starts, wheels, and tires, to truck accessories, lift kits and more. Good Vibrations has expanded service offerings to include commercial signage and vehicle wraps and most recently Home Audio equipment and installation.

Bill’s son Mitch has worked in car audio since he was a kid. His years of experience installing systems, working with customers, learning, and implementing the latest technology and innovations is what makes Mitch one of the best. Mitch is poised to lead the Good Vibes team into the next 40 years!

Much of what Good Vibrations does is on the cutting edge of technology! The most unique part about Good Vibes is the customer service culture, providing a consultative approach to every sale. "We take the time to get to know our customers. We find out what they want and then develop the best setup that will give them the best value!" said Bill Meyer. "We always go way past any standard warranties, taking great care of our customers and we may have become friends, as well" he continued.  Bill and the Good Vibes team take pride in the fact that many of their customers are multi-generational and return time and time again.

One of the main operational challenges that Good Vibes faces is staying current on technology and best practices while striving to lead the way. The audio industry has changed dramatically since 1984. They stay educated by constantly reading, watching videos, and working with vendors and colleagues to have the tools and training needed to provide the best service to customers.
