Hop your way through Downtown Hutch on March 30th for a day full of Easter activities. The day will kick off at 11am at George Pyle Park (18 S. Poplar) with an Easter egg hunt for all ages. Head to Main street from 12-3pm where $5 Easter activities will be available at the following participating businesses: Ad Astra Radio/Hutch Putt, Board & Brush, Holly's Sweet Treats, Hutchinson Et Cetera Shop, Lit Studios Paint & Pottery, Reflections Salon & Day Spa,  Splinters-N-Rust and Sugartime, Toy Depot. Don't forget to stop in to the Sleep Shoppe & Furniture Gallery for photos with the Easter Bunny from noon - 2pm.

The Shop and Treat in Downtown Hutchinson is held on the fourth Saturday of October from 2-5 PM. Enjoy taking a stroll with your ghosts and goblins down our scenic Main Street to participating stores for treats of all kinds and maybe some shopping coupons too! This event is fun, free, and open to the public!

The Annual Downtown Christmas parade in Downtown Hutchinson kicks off the holiday season! The parade is held on the first Saturday in December at 6 PM. The parade starts at Avenue B and goes up Main Street to 7th Avenue. This lighted parade is sponsored by Ad Astra Per Aspera Radio.

The Farmer’s Market is located in Historic Downtown Hutchinson at the corner of 2nd & Washington in the Farmer's Market Pavillion. The Market hours are 7:30am-12:30pm. on Saturdays beginning May 16th, and 10:00am-1:00pm on Wednesdays beginning mid June.  The Market offers a variety of fruit, veggies, jams & jellies, baked goods, crafts, and much more!  All from local vendors.

The annual 4th of July Parade, sponsored by Eagle Communications, takes place in Downtown Hutchinson starting at Avenue B & Main at 10 a.m. and proceeds north on Main Street to 12th Avenue.  Bring your lawn chairs and find the perfect spot along the parade route to enjoy this annual event!  For more information call Eagle Communications at 620-662-4486 or visit www.hutchpost.com

 

Third Thursday, facilitated by Hutch Rec, is a popular monthly event held in Downtown Hutchinson with a focus on art, music, and community. The annual Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run & Classic Car Show is an event that draws approximately 25,000 visitors to downtown Hutchinson the first weekend of October. It includes a Show & Shine of 400+ beautiful hot rods, classic and antique cars, trucks and motorcycles, a Friday welcome happy hour followed by a Main Street Cruise, a Burnout show, and vendor demonstrations, great food & drinks all weekend. It’s fun, it’s free and everyone is welcome!
