Phoenix Restoration Receives December Small Business Award

David and Keri Salas started Phoenix Restoration in 1997 in Garden City, Kansas, then in 2009, Ryan began Phoenix Restoration in Hutchinson.  Since then, an office has opened in Salina in 2011 and one in Wichita in 2012 with the headquarters remaining in Hutchinson.  When the business began Ryan served as not only the owner, but the marketer, secretary, and technician all at once.  Gradually he has hired more employees and in 2012 also started Phoenix Roofing in the same locations.

Phoenix Restoration offers emergency services around the clock any day of the year for water, fire, storm or mold damage.  They also offer non-emergency services of carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning.  Their roofing division handles all types of residential roofing replacements or repairs, as well as emergency board up services.

Since the industry is constantly evolving with new technologies, they work very hard at Phoenix Restoration through training and continuing education to make sure they are always current and up-to-date with all the changes that have taken place.  In addition, since they have grown so rapidly, they also hire consultants to work alongside them to make sure they are in compliance with any rules and regulations for a company their size.

At Phoenix Restoration, they are careful to hire employees who are not only professional but will thrive in their company.  They are a family owned business who works alongside their team and promote a family atmosphere at work that their employees enjoy.  They also have training available to help make their employees confident and offer a competitive salary program.

Phoenix Restoration and Roofing contribute to many local programs and schools including the Buhler Community Foundation, the After Prom Program for various schools, Laundry Love, Victory in the Volley, Cancer Council of Reno County, TECH, and multiple booster clubs and sports programs.

Phoenix Restoration is a locally-owned, family run business who has grown from one employee to fifteen in nine years.  They have received the Hutchinson News Readers Choice 1^st place award for the last four years for water damage restoration companies.  They are active in the community and have made Hutchinson their home, not just a place to do business.
