The Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce offers numerous sponsorship and marketing opportunities, designed to help members maximize their advertising power. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, or marketing with the Chamber, please contact Marcy Kauffman at MarcyK@HutchChamber.com.
These popular morning and noon events are held each month over the year to provide business networking and an informational and timely business program. Each event and speaker is centered around a specific topic or issue. Program speaker and topic is arranged by the Chamber.
Average Attendance: 100+ / Host Sponsor - $1,100 (1 per event)
These popular business-to-business network-building events are typically held each month at a member host’s place of business. Hors d’oeuvres, beverages and giveaways are part of the fun at each event. Sponsors and participants have the opportunity to cultivate business relationships.
Average Attendance: 80+ / Host Sponsor - $850
This business-to-business network-building event will be held each month at a member host’s place of business. Coffee and breakfast snacks are part of the fun at each event. Sponsors and participants have the opportunity to cultivate business relationships. Limited 2020 sponsorships available to first time hosts only.
Average Attendance: 50+ / Host Sponsor - $300 (Sold out for 2022)
The Chamber sends out a weekly e-mail, along with a monthly e-newsletter, to a distribution list of approximately 1,200 Chamber members, key civic leaders, and other interested in the Chamber. Members can sponsor a message at the end of each weekly e-blast and/or sponsor a banner image at the end of the monthly e-newsletter.
Cost: E-blast - $125 each / Newsletter - $150 each
Hutchinson and Reno County have many outstanding people and organizations. The brand new Hutch Chamber Awards Night, which will be held on Thursday, March 3, will gather together our business community to recognize some of our community’s finest. The Chamber's Small Business Council presents the monthly Small Business Award to Chamber businesses that employ 40 or fewer and has been in business at least three years. Businesses are nominated by Chamber members. Sponsors of this award received acknowledgment in the electronic Connect newsletter, recognition from the podium during Chamber breakfasts/luncheons when the award is presented, are listed on the award given to Small Business Award recipients, and are listed in the online directory as a sponsor of Small Business Award. Cost: $750
Have your logo seen by thousands of H-Buck recipients by sponsoring hometown spending! Sponsorships begin at $100/year to have your logo included on the stub and in other H-Buck promotions.
The Hutchinson/Reno County Relocation/Newcomer Packet is a comprehensive collection of information about our community. This is an affordable, effective way to promote your company’s products and services to individuals and families relocating to this area. Relocation Packet sponsors are exclusive and limited to one per industry.
Cost: $750 (will need to provide 300 printed brochures/flyer to be included)
Three times during the year the Hutch Chamber dedicates the monthly Membership Breakfast or Luncheon to a particular sector of our membership: Teacher Appreciation Luncheon in July, Farm Focus Breakfast in November, and the Community Benefit Organization Spotlight Breakfast in December. Each event recognizes the important impact that sector has on our community. Cost: $100 per event.
Leadercast Live is the largest one-day leadership event in the world. Broadcast live from Atlanta to hundreds of locations around the world each year, Leadercast brings together some of the most recognized and respected global leaders to create a leadership experience unlike any other. Sponsorship levels vary from $2,500 to $500 - contact Marcy Kauffman for more details!
This is an opportunity for Chamber members to share their expertise while promoting their business. Each presentation takes place virtually over the lunch hour and topic ideas are limitless. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about cooking, decorating, crafting, virtual networking, marketing, social media, investments, or other tips members would find beneficial, please consider sponsoring and presenting on Lunchtime Lowdown!
Cost: $50 plus a $25 prize
This quarterly mailing is direct mailed to nearly 1,200 Chamber member business leaders.

With a Flash Pass there is no registration, no check-in, no bills. It’s a pass to all Chamber Membership Breakfasts and Membership Luncheons throughout the year. This wallet-sized, pre-paid card gives the bearer no-hassle admission to these events and eliminates the need to register or RSVP.
